Studies show that Gen Z is experiencing mental-health challenges at higher rates than any generation before them. In the past year alone, 85% of Gen Z reported struggling with their mental health, and 41% said they struggled more than usual.

Many young people are navigating overwhelming pressure, from social media and comparison to financial stress, loneliness and uncertainty about the future. Even though Gen Z is the most connected generation online, many still feel isolated and unsupported in their day-to-day lives.
